This Fulfillment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between ATX Custom Oils, a company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal place of business at 1514 Ed Bluestein Blvd suite 106 Austin Texas 78721 , hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or the “Fulfillment Company.”

  1. Purpose ATX Custom Oils, the Seller and the Fulfillment Company, operates an e-commerce website that sells essential oils, soaps, and other miscellaneous beauty products (the “Products”). The Seller/Fulfillment Company handles all fulfillment activities in-house at its warehouse in Austin, Texas, including order processing, packing, and shipping.
  2. Services Provided 2.1 Order Processing: The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall promptly process orders received through ATX Custom Oils’ website within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Order processing includes picking, packing, and preparing the Products for shipment.

2.2 Shipping: The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall arrange for the shipping of the packaged Products to customers within the United States using reliable and efficient shipping methods. The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the Products.

  1. Pricing and Payment 3.1 Product Pricing: The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall determine the prices of the Products available on ATX Custom Oils’ website.

3.2 Shipping Fees: The Seller/Fulfillment Company may charge customers shipping fees for the delivery of the Products, which shall be communicated to the customers during the checkout process.

3.3 Payment Terms: The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall receive payment from customers for the Products and any applicable shipping fees through the payment gateway integrated into ATX Custom Oils’ website. The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall be responsible for collecting and processing customer payments.

  1. Inventory Management 4.1 Stock Availability: The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall ensure that adequate stock of the Products is maintained in its warehouse to fulfill customer orders. The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall monitor inventory levels and promptly update the website to reflect the availability of the Products.

4.2 Replenishment: The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall be responsible for restocking the Products as needed to meet customer demand. The Seller/Fulfillment Company shall promptly reorder inventory and take necessary steps to avoid stockouts or delays in order fulfillment.

  1. Term and Termination 5.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on [start date] and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party upon [number] days’ written notice.
